  What a great team! Kim walked into my home and without a doubt priced it right! In less than a week of my MLS live listing, she brought in the right buyer and at asking price! Kim responds immediately to calls, emails, texts and goes above and beyond. Her knowledge of real estate and all her professional contacts were phenomenal. Dan knows his business when it comes to home structure, landscaping and is a true professional when it comes to contract finesse. They are on top of all the new stringent lending rules which is extremely important these days. Most of all, Kim and Dan get involved personally and make you feel like you are well taken care of.   Horrible! If I could give a zero I absolutely would! Stucco work is horrible, paint job is bad, plumbing broke in my kitchen, and the grade is bad in my yard causing flooding. The flooding in my house could also be do to bad stucco as well. There were about 8 to 10 homes in the Trinity Wild Fern neighborhood all with the same issue. More on the 2 story homes then anything. Mine is single story and water was coming up through foundation. I know of 4 just in my neighborhood. Their communication is awful and trades absolutely do not care to respond to their service request. They will flat out tell you that as well. That's the last thing u want to hear as a customer! Also when my home was being built no one seemed to know if they followed the model or just built every home different. Had some issues with some lights in hall way over lapping air vents and looked very bad. Nothing like the model. They even sent me a bill for over 1200.00 asking me to pay for it to get fixed. What a joke! If I could upload a photo of my paint job right now do to their mess up in communication you would laugh. Brand new house and zebra stripes all the way around my house. Unacceptable and not happy at all. If they would just get the problems fixed in a timely manner with trades that cared, would. It be a bad builder. If u do decide to build I would highly recommend paying very close attention to the drywaller! Worse I've ever seen! I'm in the construction business and do the granite for most builders in this area and no why a finish product should be, and what customer service is about.
